4. Scarecrow's Vendetta
A mainstay of the Arkham series, Waylon Jones's Killer Croc has an awful lot to be worried about in Arkham Knight - more so than usual. This is of course a consequence of Croc having been responsible for Scarecrow's horrid disfigurement, with the reptile degenerate gobbling him up close to the end of Joker's takeover of Arkham Island. Jones isn't usually one to ally himself with any other villains either, so chances are Batman will be his only friend if Scarecrow is particularly enthusiastic about getting a new pair of crocodile shoes as compensation for his injuries. The sheer amount of animosity between Crane and Croc means there are a lot of loose threads to be tied - it wouldn't make sense for Rocksteady to ignore them now.
