Before GTA V: 10 Classic GTA Features That Caused Major Controversy

7. Sexuality

Thanks in part to its uninhibited presentation of its aforementioned prostitute community as well as its repeated sexually themed content, GTA has come under fire for its sense of sexuality on more than few occasions. Each GTA title has featured sexual content to varying degrees and with the tone of the series on the 'hole' (see what I did there?) I can't imagine R* will be dropping this tendency any time soon. You might even remember the PR s**tstorm that occured upon San Andreas' release when revealed that the PC version contained a pretty hardcore sex mini-game hidden within the code of the game- all PC users had to do to access it was download and install the "Hot Coffee" mod , which was later developed by the modding community to give players full access to the good stuff. Sure, you don't actually see anything 'going in' and the character models remained semi-clothed but still, if you've seen the mini-game in action, you'll know that it's pretty strong stuff for a video game. Of course, this all sparked more cries of "think of the CHILDREN!" when it was revealed, although, if you ask me, kids gotta learn the way of the world some time. Why not while playing their favourite violent video game?
