7. Kent Paul (GTA: Vice City & San Andreas)
Kent Paul made a name for himself as a fan favourite in Vice City, as one of the game's few British characters (being voiced by Danny Dyer, in perhaps his only good performance to date), who works in the music industry and has aspirations of becoming a master criminal (even believing himself to be one). Though Paul usually seems pretty chilled, he proves to be an invaluable tipster, often giving Tommy a heads-up on police activity, and making it clear that he has contacts within the VCPD. Paul is best remembered for introducing Tommy to the 80s band Love Fist ("Boomshine!"), and has a minor appearance in San Andreas, ending up stranded in the dessert, requiring CJ to rescue him. If Paul is still hanging around Los Santos, it would be great to see him make an appearance in GTA V.
