With a few tweaks and adjustments to your install directory (PC only unfortunately!) you can literally improve GTA IVs graphics by around 50 60%. As well as a general texture pack, this guy has installed a realistic cars pack as well as an awesome looking Skyrim style first person mod. Amazing! Of course, youll need a monster PC to run GTA IV after the above mods have been made, but if your machine can cut the mustard, why the hell wouldnt you?
