20. The Ridiculous Pizza Delivery Side Mission

Though most of Death Stranding's optional delivery orders are relatively forgettable, there's an hilariously bizarre one in episode 3 which the player can undertake for a "Peter Englert," where amid this harsh post-apocalyptic world, he wants a freaking pizza delivered.

You not only need to deliver the pizza in less than an hour in order to keep it warm, but you also have to stack the pizza horizontally to ensure its tasty integrity isn't compromised.

As a result, you can't use the extremely useful auto-arrange feature for organising your cargo, and have to manually stack it atop your other luggage while ensuring you don't trip over and ruin the doughy treat.

There are several additional pizza delivery missions the player can attempt after completing the first, and while they make zero sense in the context of the game's world, they're so delightfully weird - and distinctly Kojima - that it's hard to care.
