You make your own world, pick if its mountainous, if there are lakes, what the trees look like, and what light levels there are. After that you put your character in the world and start making things a little more specific, starting off with a friendly village and moving on to the enemies you want, which can be anything from an army of feisty goblins to a nightmarish blimp-thing. There are literally thousands of different worlds already created, and it seems the main aim of the game is create a diverse place to for your friends and other people to play in online. The audience is pretty niche, given most want to play games straight from the bat rather than having to create the world themselves, but for what it is it looks pretty stunning. If youve yet to see the footage, image a 3D in-depth version of LittleBigPlanet where you create a land to be traversed, instead of a simple linear level. Its probably an attempt to cash in on the audience of games like MineCraft, yet looks to provide a unique experience rather than simply ripping off its inspiration.
