E3 2015: 10 Reasons Ghost Recon Wildlands Looks Incredible

5. Welcome To The Jungle

It's been a while since Ghost Recon last ventured to the jungles of South America - at least in their main campaigns. Both the Advanced Warfighter entries and Future Soldier took place heavily in desert and urban environments, with the jungle setting being confined to the multiplayer throwback packs of Advanced Warfighter's online Co-Op. This was never dynamic however, with foliage doing little to avert the prying eyes of the ruthless enemy forces occupying the map. With the power of current gen consoles now at Ubisoft's fingertips, the potential for some amazing environments is certainly there. Now it's possible to see Ghosts interact with the environment in new ways, adding immersion to a product already bursting with authenticity. Plus, it certainly looks rather immaculate. Considering the fact the footage shown was merely pre-alpha, we can only drool thinking about how the finished product will look come release. Just don't deliver another Watch_Dogs to us Ubisoft.
