3. Multiple Means Of Conquering Dungeons

This seems to be a 'given' nowadays for previously linear games to branch out (just look at the more open-ended areas of Uncharted 4), so it only makes sense that Zelda would adopt the same open-ended ideology with dungeons and temples. A repeated goal that has always been present with each new LoZ installment is the expanding of the series' limits. Dungeons with more than one pathway would be a fitting next step in an ever-improving franchise like Zelda.

In Zelda for Wii-U's dungeons, there would be multiple occasions where there's only one key for several locked doors. After deciding which door to open, the player would be set on a specific pathway. The locked doors that remain serve to remind them that there ARE alternatives if players want to change things up in their next playthrough.

Likeliness of being true: 8/10.

This is an example of natural progression for the series, and seems perfectly plausible for Nintendo to pull off. It would add an extra incentive to replay the dungeons, as well as diminish concerns from critics that believe the Zelda formula isn't evolving beyond the quality already offered by previous installments.
