E3 2016: 6 Ups & 4 Downs From Ubisoft's Conference

Ubisoft closed out their show with the reveal of a brand new IP, an extreme sports multiplayer game called Steep. The game allows the player to partake in skiing, snowboarding, wingsuiting and paragliding as they either explore the Alps or race down them with friends.

While the (thankfully optional) first-person view is arguably going to be more confusing than anything and we still don't know exactly how this is going to culminate in a game worth a full retail price, the graphics look awesome and it could easily fill the major void left in the market without a recent SSX game.

Above all else, it looks like a welcome change of pace from the countless shooters Ubisoft were peddling at the conference.
