Elder Scrolls: Every Daedra Lord RANKED From Worst To Best

10. Molag Bal

The Daedric Prince of Domination has both good lore for those interested, and a rather decent mace to give to those who aren't so bothered with backstory. His realm resembles a twisted version of Tamriel itself, though its name, 'Coldharbour,' seems rather low-key by comparison.

A nice bit of lore comes to the fore in Skyrim's Dawnguard expansion, wherein Molag Bal's role in the creation of pureblood vampires provides background for the quest line. Vampires have popped up in every title and this association between Daedra and vamps serves to make Molag Bal feel more present than some of the other Lords.

If there's one major drawback to Bal (as his friends refer to him), it is the reasonably one-dimension nature of a figure associated with Domination. The best Daedra have broader scopes, more interesting concepts to command; Domination is just a bit bland. It boils down to 'go here, bonk this guy, come back for a reward.'
