Fall Guys: How To Survive Each Knockout Round
1. Tail Tag
The most competitive of all of Fall Guys' survival rounds, Tail Tag pits you against every other player in a heated game of cat-and-mouse. If you've got a tail, make use of hiding spots and areas you can shake off your pursuers - for example, if you dive past the spinning hammer in the centre you can take shelter underneath its arm, making it more difficult for chasers to get at you.
You can also use the hammer to give yourself a swift exit if a chaser gets near; let it smack you away to instantly get some distance. The space under the central platform is another good spot to lose pursuers as the camera angle makes it harder for them to see where you are. Don't rely on it for too long though, as chasers can also make use of the camera difficulties to ambush tail holders who just keep running around it.
For chasers, interception like this is key - try to approach tail holders from the opposite direction to their chasers to catch them off guard. Staying below tail holders works well too, as a fall or a dive leaves them vulnerable for the precious seconds it takes to nab their tail.
