Fallout 4: 12 Disturbing Stories & Locations You Totally Missed
5. Sole Survivor, Child Murderer
We're going to get into some spoilers for the main quest here, so if you haven't finished the game then you might want to skip this entry. Still here? Good. You know how you end up blowing the Brotherhood's flying HQ to smithereens if you join either the Railroad or the Institute, did you ever realise that you couldn't kill the children on board?
It makes sense though; Fallout is a series where you can do whatever you want, but even then, killing innocent kids in cold blood isn't something a game like this would actually let you do.
...Except it totally does.
While you can't shoot or stab the children on board, you don't exactly help them escape either. And when you board the only vehicle off the airship, there's no sign that anyone you left on the Prydwen managed to escape - which might come back to haunt you when you blow the thing up seconds later. While it's not stated outright that the children got off the ship, there's no evidence that they managed a last-ditch escape before you heartlessly destroyed their home either.
