FIFA 13: 7 Ways To Dominate Your Opponents

3. Wing Wizard

Good wing play can be lethal and it depends on two things; speed and delivery. If you have raw speed such as Walcott or Krasic, hug the line and race past defenders at ease. Some full backs are fast, but if you get a yard ahead you will leave them sitting. There is no point trying to use Walcott any other way. When you advance into a dangerous area, look to cut in instead of crossing. The sheer pace of speed demons will cause problems in and around the box. Similarly, other wingers not blessed with pace offer a different style of attack. If you have a player that can swing in dangerous balls consistently such as Stuart Downing or Ryan Giggs, you can cause major trouble for defenders. Hit them in low, high, to the far post and near post. It's seems kind of obvious to have one speedster and one crosser to switch it up on the fly and keep your opponent thinking. Even though your opponent might know what you are planning, it's still difficult to stop a good winger. 5 star skill players are more rare in FIFA 13 but they are invaluable if you use lots of tricks. With practice, it's easy to make bits of defenders on the end line for an easy tap across finish.
