4. Touch & Go
Attacking AI has had a serious revamp meaning fast interchanges between good passers can rip any team's defence to shreds. Last year, players stood rooted to the spot (unless you held LB/L1) instead of running into space to offer an option. In FIFA 13, the players now seem to actually have a brain and will make some scintillating zig-zag runs opening up channels to exploit. This works best with full backs who overlap on the wing and also pacy strikers who peel off the shoulder of heavy footed defenders. It's extremely hard to defend against when as few as 2-3 passes can open up a tight defence. Obviously, it works best with fast players such as Kyle Walker and Nani but slower players can also benefit from that extra yard of space to get out of trouble. It can be risky as you do leave gaps so a mixture of fast passes and switches across the pitch is your best bet to breaking down an opponent. Just don't try run the field with John Terry.
