6. Nikica Jelavic, 77
Jelavic had been prolific in the SPL with Rangers scoring 30 goals in 45 appearances but when he transferred to Everton last January there were doubts as to whether he could make the step up to Premier League football. No such doubts remain after 13 goals in 20 appearances for the Toffees and Jelavic has established himself as a regular scorer at the highest level. The Croat is strong in the air and a cool finisher, particularly effective using the side of his foot. He has added much needed goals to David Moyes' Everton and was a key player in ensuring they finished in 7th position, above arch rivals Liverpool. Despite all of this at 77 his FIFA 13 rating is mediocre and I think most people would agree he should be in the low 80's at least.
