2. Bryan Ruiz, 82
The Costa Rican Ruiz was signed with much fanfare by Fulham from FC Twente in the summer of 2011 for a huge fee of £10.6 million with reported interest from Alan Pardew's Newcastle United. However Ruiz has failed to live up to his cost so far, contributing only 2 goals and 7 assists in 35 appearances for the west London side. Inexplicably however, EA feel that this makes Ruiz deserving of an 82 rating, placing him above obviously superior attacking midfield players like Moussa Dembele, Tomas Rosicky, Oscar and many more.
