9. Romelu Lukaku (77)
Romelu Lukaku has been farmed out on loan twice now in his short career, with the Chelsea striker spending stints at West Brom and, more recently, Everton, his current temporary club. But the 20-year-old has impressed wherever he has played, scoring 16 league goals in 37 appearances for Anderlecht as an 18-year-old back in 2010-11, and a further 17 in 35 topflight outings for West Brom last season. Lukaku is currently at Everton, scoring twice in last night's win over Newcastle to take his overall tally to three goals in as many appearances this season. So EA's decision to award him a rating of 77 really is mind-boggling. Lukaku has been performing consistently for two seasons now, and deserves to be in at least the low eighties.
