8. Ander Herrera (79)
Ander Herrera is just one of several horribly-underrated Athletic Bilbao players in this year's iteration of FIFA. The 24-year-old is considered one of European football's most exciting young prospects and is destined for the senior Spanish side in years to come. In March of last year, Herrera dazzled in a bright and attractive Bilbao starting XI that knocked Manchester United out of the Europa League en route to reaching the final of the competition. But a lot of the members of that side, such as Markel Susaeta and Iker Muniain (both 78), seem to have been handed the short end of the stick by EA this year despite being technically-gifted players. Herrera's talents in recent seasons attracted interest from United in the summer transfer window and he is
widely tipped to join them in January, perhaps then he will get a higher rating.
