2. Neymar NOT In The Top 50
There are, typically, some high-profile strikers making up EA's Top 50 list, with the likes of Robin van Persie, Lionel Messi, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Falcao cracking the top 10. But there is one notable omission in Neymar, scorer of 43 goals in 47 appearances last season and Barcelona's latest top signing. The prodigious 21-year-old goal-machine has been tearing South American football apart over the past four years, thumping in 136 career goals to date, and is widely tipped to shine for Barca this season and Brazil at next summer's World Cup. And so EA's decision to completely overlook him is staggering - Thomas Müller, Sergio Busquets, Pedro and Marco Reus are not more worthy of a spot on the fringes of the top 50 than Neymar. It's also incomprehensible that EA consider Luka Modric a better player, all things considered, and Neymar's omission from the top 50 really is shocking.
