The Virtual Pro has become a huge part of FIFA, particularly in the Be A Pro game mode and more-so in Online Clubs, which is one of the best features in the game. However, we saw the Virtual Pro's axed from standard Career Modes and we also had to create two- one for online and one for offline. Plainly, this is not the best method: the idea behind two Virtual Pro's was that it would cut down on boosting but this isn't the case, as you can still boost your Online Pro in other ways. The result is that there's a huge split in the FIFA community, between the players that have plenty of time to kill working hard to increase their Virtual Pro and the players that can't get on the game as much as they would like. Naturally a player with more time on their hands would always end up with the better player but with the changes that FIFA has incorporated the gap is much, much bigger. The game modes are now completely divided and you have to spend a lot more time working your pro up, which can be extremely frustrating. Another problem with the Virtual Pro is that the accomplishments have become much harder to achieve. Previously you could get your pro up to a decent level fairly quickly, with it then becoming more challenging to advance to the later attribute levels, but now it's hard to raise your pro full-stop. You're required to score a huge amount of goals, or play a lot of games, and it's very time consuming and extremely annoying. EA Sports need to bring back the old system of one Virtual Pro, incorporated across all the game modes. It's the best strategy. If you want to have some variety, then have different accomplishments for online and offline- making us play both game modes to get our pro's to the best possible level.
