FIFA 15: 10 Missing Legends Who EA Must Include

8. Alan Shearer

Suggested Rating €“ 89 Former stars of the Premier League have been well represented in the list of Legends included on FIFA 14 but the league€™s all-time leading goal scorer Alan Shearer is strangely nowhere to be seen. The Newcastle legend sits well clear of his nearest high scoring rival Andy Cole with an insane 260-league-goals. His loyalty to Newcastle €“ even when the bigger clubs beckoned €“ meant that Shearer was never the most decorated player in terms of titles but his undeniable talent was still plain to see. Shearer will always be remembered as the quintessential English centre-forward, taking advantage of his ample size and strength to bully his way past defenders before unleashing his notoriously powerful shot. He was also renowned for his exceptional aerial abilities, reportedly scoring an incredible 49 of the 206 goals he bagged for Newcastle using his head. Alan Shearer€™s loyalty to the club he loved shouldn€™t mean that his status as one of FIFA€™s Legends is called into question. He may have one only one league title but his star quality still shone through.
