FIFA 15: 10 Over-Rated Players Who Need Downgrading In January Updates
10. Rémy Cabella - 79
Newcastle United spent £12 million on Cabella, who arrived on Tyneside as Ligue 1's playmaker-in-chief and ahead of Samir Nasri and the like in France's national squad. He hasn't shown any of that promise so far and has looked no better than a 65 rated player when given the chance. He has been so bad that both Alan Pardew and now John Carver only use him when they have no one else to call on. The former Montpellier player is certainly capable of a few tricks and flicks but they get him nowhere. He is so weak in his tackling and while running. Watching him play, he generally offers nothing positive to The Magpies. The very least you'd expect from an attacker of Remy's build is pace, he doesn't have that either. So far, the Frenchman has made everyone at Newcastle United look like idiots and left fans questioning what the powers that be saw in this player. This may be a period of adjustment for the player but he needs to start showing something very soon or he could be the next John Utaka.
