4. Clint Dempsey
FIFA 14 Rating: 81 During the 2010/11 and 2011/12 Premier League seasons, Deuce bagged 29 goals for an average Fulham side, an achievement certainly worthy of an 81+ rating. The United States internationals achievements at Craven Cottage prompted Tottenham Hotspur to bring Dempsey across London to White Hart Lane. However, after one average season with Spurs, Clint made the decision to return to Major League Soccer to finish out his days being treated like a superstar. Thats fair enough, he deserves the right to be lauded for helping increase the popularity of soccer but, by doing so, he instantly forfeits any right of being an 80 or over rated FIFA player. The current Seattle Sounders forward is now 31 and although scoring 11 goals in 16 starts for the Sounders in the current MLS campaign, he no longer warrants such stats as 83 dribbling - not sure he did in the first place!
