FIFA 15 - 10 Players Who Will Definitely Be Underrated
5. Robin Van Persie
With a rating of 89 in last year's iteration of the FIFA franchise, you may be wondering how on earth Robin van Persie could possibly be considered underrated in successor FIFA 15. However, a relatively-poor season for the Dutchman, and an apparent leak of Manchester United ratings, indicate the striker is going to drop two points from his rating 12 months ago. Van Persie suffered an injury-stricken season last term and made just 21 league appearances after being sidelined with a knee injury at various intervals of the campaign. As such, he wasn't able to replicate the heights he enjoyed in his debut season at United, which saw him plunder 26 goals in 38 appearances and earn his lofty rating of 89 in FIFA 14. That means he will probably take a dip in ratings this year and may drop to the aforementioned 87. This is a travesty considering the striker is world class. He showed at the World Cup that he is still one of the best players in the business when he scored THAT looping diving header during the Netherlands' win over Spain and with leaks claiming Wayne Rooney is set to become United's highest-rated player in '15 with a score of 88, this is put into further context. Rooney, by contrast, endured a significantly less successful World Cup tournament yet is still set to outscore van Persie. Rating In FIFA 14: 89
