FIFA 15: 10 Players Who Will Definitely Receive A Higher Rating

2. James Rodriguez (83)

After the World Cup James Rodriguez has just enjoyed, it would be inconceivable to imagine him not enjoying a points increase in FIFA 15. Following an admittedly-underwhelming club campaign with AS Monaco, Rodriguez burst onto the scene by putting in a series of jaw-dropping performances for his native Colombia. Colombia were one of the surprise packages of the tournament in Brazil as they reached the quarter-finals, while Rodriguez was his country's star performer as he banged in six goals to finish as the competition's top goalscorer, scooping the Golden Ball award. He also provided two assists and one of the goals he scored, against Uruguay, was voted the FIFA World Cup 2014 Goal of the Tournament. Off the back of his dazzling displays at international level, which saw him claim a succession of individual accolades, such as being named in the FIFA World Cup All-Star Team, the South American must surely enjoy an increase in rating on FIFA 15, and without getting carried away with ourselves, we believe a score of 85 would be appropriate for Real Madrid's new signing.
