Its been a long time since we could say that the red side of Manchester had more exciting transfer action than their cross-city rivals. For once the Sky Blues were fairly conservative in their transfer activity, bringing in the defensive trio of Sagna, Fernando and Mangala and ignoring a very tempting transfer option in Falcao. Does this mean that City will be an average side on FIFA 15? Hell no. Even after a relatively quiet transfer window, Manuel Pellegrinis side is still arguably the best in the Premier League. Unlike their Manchester rivals, City is an extremely well balanced side, strong in all areas of the game. Their defence is comprised of some of the games best players like Kompany, Gaël Clichy and Zabaleta. The midfield is even stronger, boasting the combination of Yaya Toures brawn, the explosive speed of Jesus Navas and the passing accuracy of David Silva. Though the recent injury of Stevan Joveti and the semi-fitness of Aguero has compromised Citys striking prowess in recent times, on FIFA 15 these injury worries obviously dont affect the team. Besides, the depth of the sides midfield means that many players will choose to field a lone striker anyway.
