FIFA 15: 10 Under-Rated Teams Which Need Upgrading
2. Chelsea 5 Stars
Att: 83 / Mid: 81 / Def: 82 Chelseas first season in the second reign of the José Mourinho will be remembered as a disappointing one. When it was announced that the flamboyant manager would be returning to Stamford Bridge people werent discussing whether or not Chelsea would be adding to their already impressive trophy cabinet but rather how many pieces of silverware they would win ultimately they would win nothing. Based on this forgettable preceding season, why then should Chelsea receive a higher rating in FIFA 15? The answer is that, in typical Roman Abramovich style, Chelsea have been flashing the cash and have added some exciting players to their already stacked squad. In recent seasons the Blues had suffered from a lack of offensive potency which meant that most of their goals came from midfield. However, with the signing of £32-million goal scoring machine Diego Costa, Chelsea are bound to look more venomous when attacking. Additionally we recently learnt that club legend Didier Drogba would be returning to Stamford Bridge as a free transfer. Though now 36-years-old, Didier has proven that he can still score goals despite the loss of much of his pace. The signing of Cesc Fabregas on a five year contract means that they will also have an audaciously talented playmaker in midfield who will be able to tap into the pace of Hazard and Willian on the wings, as well as linking up with newly signed fullback Filipe Luis. Chelsea will truly take some stopping next season; FIFA 15 needs to reflect that fact.
