Mats Hummels is another Manchester United target who has shot up the rankings over the last 12 months. The Borussia Dortmund star has climbed 15 places from last year's game from 44th to 29th place and that can be owed mostly to a World Cup campaign that saw Germany crowned champions. Hummels played in all but one of his country's seven games at the finals in Brazil en route to glory and was a key member of Joachim Low's starting XI, keeping four clean sheets and even scoring two goals! At club level he also excelled and is one of Dortmund's most valuable assets - proof of this being their determination not to sell to United this summer. As one of the best centre-halves in the business, it's only right that Hummels should climb the ranks and his new-found position as the 29th best player in the game doesn't look out of place in the slightest. Still only 25, expect to see this particular mover and shaker move and shake a little more over the next few iterations of the FIFA franchise.
