While most of these changes relate to the game engine as a whole, a new button mechanic will come into play, allowing fans to play the ball with precision and power for more incisive passes around the pitch. Holding down the R1/RB button and passing the ball would produce a clever trick pass on FIFA 15, and while it was fun, it wasn't much of a game-changer, but now that button will be used to drill passes forward, close to the ground, and directly at teammates. It's said to be one of the biggest new gameplay inclusions by those who have played early editions of the game.
