Speaking about reputation, Wayne Rooney always seems to be an incredible force on FIFA. He breached the 90 mark at one point during his reign as cover star, and while he's now dropped to 86, is that still too high for the England frontman? Out of the last three seasons, Rooney has finished two Premier League campaigns with just 12 goals in each. It's a good haul, but for an elite-level striker? Hmm. Okay, so 86 isn't the highest rating but still, Rooney will no doubt remains as the most overrated FIFA striker on the game because of his reputation from the past. He's a very, very good player, but is he really on par with Sergio Aguero and Diego Costa? No.
