14. Fernandinho - 80
Little Fernando has found his overall FIFA card drop by a score of two for this year's game. And while he wasn't that bad individually last year, the new rating of 80 appears to be more of an accurate reflection of the player's abilities and influence.
His sub-attributes will make the lad extremely popular again though. Fernandinho is a great all-rounder and nigh-on identical to (but better than) his near-namesake in the City midfield.
Might be one to save up for.
