Another Football Manager Wonderkid legend, it seems baffling that Youri Tielemans is still only 19 years old. A product of the excellent Anderlecht youth system, he's already played over 100 games for the Belgians ans it's surely only a matter of time before a Premier League club comes in to buy him.

He's a complete midfielder even if he lacks the speed and acceleration that would usually demark a great Fifa player: his passing stats are strong, he's very composed and he's the kind of anchor teams should build their attacks on. And at 77 he's also one of the most heinously under-rated players in the game: perhaps because he's playing in the Belgian league? Who knows.

Anyway, the fact that he has the potential to get up to 89 makes him a no brainer to go and sign.
