Adalberto Peñaranda is the perfect evidence of Premier League power boosting players even when real life doesn't quite back it up. The Venezuelan is only young, but he's scored just 9 goals in 75 appearances for Udinese, Granada and Deportivo La Guaira, but his move to Watford was clearly enough to suggest he's got the right stuff.
The Londoners promptly shipped him back out on loan to Udinese, which nobody should suggest is a tax fiddle at all, though he hasn't scored for them. That might have something to do with him having been shot in the leg in 2015.
In FIFA he's pretty quick and good on the ball, but he obviously improves a lot.
