FIFA 18: 20 Fastest Players

4. Mathis Bolly (Greuther Fürth)

Norwegian-Ivorian Mathis Bolly ranked just above some better players in EA's fastest players for FIFA 18 despite his obvious shortcomings. The Greuther Fürth midfielder is worse at dribbling than Ernest Asante, but is 2 years younger than his fellow pro and is more skilled when it comes to pulling off tricks.

Nothing else is particularly impressive though, including just 67 for dribbling, 61 shooting and a woeful 53 for passing. Bolly isn't a player you'll be signing often in Career Mode or Ultimate Team, so he has a lot in common with Jonás Aguirre there. In terms of pure speed though, Bolly is quicker with the ball than the likes of Gareth Bale and Leroy Sané.

Could he be developed? Probably, but the 26-year old would have to do so quickly to become anything more than a squad player. 95 pace is mighty, so he'll be able to out-run most other midfielders/defenders and be bearing down on goal quickly.

Let's hope he can cross.
