FIFA 19: 11 Players Who Will Be Underrated
7. Roberto Firmino
Liverpool's talisman is even more crucial to the team than goal-machine, Mohamed Salah, and his overall stats put him ahead of any other #9 in Europe. Despite this, his highest FIFA rating has been 85!
Antoine Griezmann, Sergio Aguero, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang; three of Europe's top strikers, rated 88, 89, and 87, respectively. Meanwhile Roberto Firmino is rated 85. It may surprise some, but Firmino actually scored more goals than all three of his peers, created twice as many chances, and made twice as many tackles.
Firmino is the total package. He's like 2010 Wayne Rooney but with style and consistent goal-scoring ability. Last season, Premier League pundits started coming around to the Brazilian but it's clear he hasn't won everyone over quite yet. Firmino was overlooked in every match of the World Cup in favour of Manchester City forward, Gabriel Jesus. That team selection persisted until Brazil were knocked out, despite the Man City man not registering a shot on target, while Firmino scored and made assists from the bench. The definition of underrated.
