12. Vaclav Cerny
Position: Attacking Midfield Right/Left Club: Ajax Value: £200k Actual Cost: £4m Ajaxs academy, as usual, is a bountiful mine of young talent, and Czech winger Cerny is one of the best options from the Dutch giants in this years game. He has 4 star potential (provided he blossoms fully), and though hes not on the same scale as Lincoln at the start of the game, he matures well and benefits from being sent out on loan for a couple of years. Hes only 17, though, so hes got a lot of scope to develop before you bring him into the first team picture.
