12. Reece Hands

Former Club: Morton Wage Demands: £600 (per week) Age: 21 Position: Midfielder (Central) Reece Hands would certainly be a gamble but I saw enough in his attributes to think he is worth taking a risk on. The player is only 21-years-old and offers excellent passing, free-kicks, natural fitness and technique and could be a great asset for any second division side. The player is still very raw and has only played ten times in the English Championship but in those games he did manage to score three goals from centre midfield. After leaving Blackburn Rovers he signed for Morton and made 18 appearances, scoring four goals.
