Ruben Neves is destined for real-world greatness, as European giants circle Porto in an attempt to snatch him up. The 18-year-old is already starting games for the iconic Portuguese club and that says it all. He's defensive-minded but with a little encouragement he could become a real box-to-box midfielder. His Determination 17 rating speaks volumes, and shows that he will reach his potential, it's just a matter of when. I'd guess within two or three years you'll have an incredible talent on your hands, but he could probably be used far sooner. For £15m, he represents a great deal.
