Lorenzo Insigne is an immense talent and would easily fit into most teams from the beginning. He's a 24-year-old but he'll continue his transformation from young starlet to world class winger if you play him regularly. The Italian needs just a little push to tip some of the 15s up a notch, but that shouldn't prove problematic, and his natural talent is obvious. If you can snare him for a decent price, his value could skyrocket upwards, well above the £20m mark.
