Football Manager 2018: 20 Wonderkids You Will Need To Sign

7. Ezequiel Barco

One of Football Manager 2017's less celebrated wonderkids, Ezequiel Barco quietly developed into an outstanding shadow striker with the right tutelage. Starting with 20 for determination, his growth was often unstoppable, and he was available for just a few million pounds at the start of the game, making him a "must buy" for those with a modest transfer budget.

Barco hasn't yet established himself as a starter for Independiente, but he has appeared regularly throughout their 2017 campaign, scoring four goals along the way. The fact that he's still plying his trade in Argentina should help keep his value down, and while getting a work permit could be a problem, Barco will likely be a smart signing for most sides.
