There's an abundance of brilliant centre backs available in this year's iteration of the game. You can truly take your pick from a number of young, talented defenders, but the one that caught our eye over our many saves was Dan-Axel Zagadou.
There's far more to the Borussia Dortmund centre back than his incredible name. His stats show that he's not only the type of defender teams are praying for, he's also someone who is going to improve quite a bit in other areas too.
His physical stats show that he's an absolute nightmare for strikers. His main attributes include surging pace, (18), strength (16) and bravery (16). Placed alongside the more defensive aspects of his game - which can be improved upon with added training - and you've got one of the top defenders in the world.
Zagadou managed to flourish wherever he played, becoming the main man to step up and protect his team from any onrushing threats. If you need that brick wall in your back four, then snap up the 21-year old as soon as possible.
