Football Manager 2022: 10 English Wonderkids You Must Sign
6. Tariq Lamptey (Brighton & Hove Albion)
The first of two consecutive full-backs on this list, Brighton's Tariq Lamptey is a very enticing prospect who has already been heavily linked with big clubs in the past.
A great example of the modern full-back that always looks to bomb forward and make his presence felt in the final third, Lamptey has simply excelled in Graham Potter's system ever since arriving from Chelsea on transfer deadline day in January 2020.
Blessed with extraordinary pace and dribbling skills, he fits like a glove into any team that loves to attack from the flanks, and with crossing being so important in this year's edition of Football Manager, he could easily rack up the assists if given enough freedom.
Of course, the big question with Tariq is over his fitness and ability to avoid injuries. That is something to have in mind before issuing that cheque that could set you back about £26-77 million.
