One of the better known prospects in Football Manager 2022 - and in real life, for that matter - is Red Bull Salzburg's Karim Adeyami. While he will likely set you back anything from £15 million to £25 million, a brilliant alternative to Adeyami is Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer.

A 19-year-old plying his trade in 2. Bundesliga for Dynamo Dresden, Königsdörffer has a bunch of similar attributes to Adeyami but costs next to nothing; him usually being available for less than £1 million. As for those attributes, it's finishing, pace, decisions and great movement that you get from this young German striker. Again emphasising the comparison to Karim Adeyami, Ransford-Yeboah is more than capable of playing out wide on the right, and he can also be trained up to be a brilliant option cutting in from the left of your attack.

For a modest fee, here you get a player who has the potential to be a world class forward for the next decade or more of your FM22 save. Even if he doesn't for some reason hit that 'world class' bracket, the minimal cost in signing him means that Königsdörffer is absolutely worth taking a gamble on.
