Dutch football is famed for the sheer number of exceptional young talents it forever produces, with Ajax in particular well known for the seemingly endless conveyor belt of talent it produces. But while Ajax have huge prospects like Ryan Gravenberch, Devyne Rensch and Naci Unavar on their books, the Amsterdam club's long-time rivals Feyenoord have their fair share of brilliant youngsters on Football Manager 2022.

Reiss Nelson and Philippe Sandler are two fantastic young Feyenoord players immediately ready for first team football, and one youngster a few years behind the pair in terms of his development is 16-year-old Antoni Milambo.

A central attacking midfielder, Milambo is a technically outstanding, pacey, fit player who has some jaw-dropping numbers for someone so young. There's 15 for natural fitness, 14s for passing, technique and agility, and strong figures for acceleration, pace, flair, composure, first touch, long shots and off the ball.

With vast potential to massively improve those starting stats, the Dutch youngster has the world of FM22 at his feet. And for a fee of around £6.5 million, he's a prospect who you should be looking to your academy or youth team as soon as possible.
