Club: SpVgg Greuther Fürth

Nationality: Dutch

Price: £6 million

Not every left-back has to be a top tier world class talent or a wonderkid destined for greatness. Instead, there are times when an average team needs a moderately-priced option who can come in and do a good job for you, delivering solid performances from match to match.

On that front, Dutch international Jetro WIllems is a great potential signing if you find yourself in that sort of situation. Once one of the hottest prospects in the lore of Football Manager, things haven't really worked out for Willems since he departed PSV back in 2017. As such, he's bounced from Eintracht Frankfurt to Newcastle and now back to the Bundesliga.

Despite having only signed for recently promoted SpVgg Greuther Fürth in the summer, you should still be able to prize Willems away from the German side for £6 million or so. With good pace, acceleration, crossing and flair stats, the 27-year-old can be a great pick-up for so many clubs across the globe.
