The youngest player on this list, Jamie Bynoe-Gittens is part of the current crop of English youngsters trading in their English clubs to try their luck overseas. Following in the footsteps of fellow Manchester City academy youngster Jadon Sancho, Bynoe-Gittens now finds himself in Germany with Borussia Dortmund. Yet to make his first-team debut for the Bundesliga side, the 16-year-old is surrounded by plenty of hype and Football Manager is drinking up that hype also.

The young winger’s attributes might not be much to look at at the beginning of the game, although the 15 Dribbling, 12 Acceleration and 13 Pace are a great start, he is one for the future as he features a Potential Ability in the range of 140 to 170. So if the FM gods are smiling upon you when you start your save you could be looking at a World-Class winger so long as you pay close attention to his development.

Borussia Dortmund are willing to let the promising winger leave the club for a modest fee of around £7.5 million, however Bynoe-Gittens may need some convincing as he only content to move on should yourclub have a good standing in the game.
