In fact, before she met Odin, Freya was quite the warrior herself.

And considering the Vanir Goddess was none too pleased after her last run in with the Father/Son duo, there's a good chance their next meeting would be at the pointy end of a Valkyrie sword.

Considering the Valkyries were some of the most challenging parts of GOW, any fight with Freya would have to live up to that.

While a fight with Thor could be more about spectacle and style, Freya's battles could be more about substance, truly testing players to the limits of their skills.

It'd more than make up for her being hampered by Odin in the 2018 title.

Plus, considering the recent information that Danielle Bisutti will indeed be back as Freya in some form, it would be a no brainer to have her take back her rightful place as queen of the Valkyries. She may even end up being the biggest threat of the game.
