GTA 6: 10 Rumours You NEED To Know

6. VR Support

There's no getting away from the fact that some gamers will always view Virtual Reality as a gimmick. Whilst it's not for everyone though, it has caught the attention of some developers who want to maximise VR's potential. According to Valuewalk, that includes Rockstar.

Their headline reads, 'Latest GTA 6 Rumours Point To VR Compatibility', and there's some conjecture that the new game (whenever it launches) will have some sort of headset support. The crucial thing here will be that Rockstar probably won't make it mandatory and risk alienating those who think VR stands for 'Vastly Redundant'.

There is a market for it in the GTA universe.

Don't forget that both GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 came with a pre-packed first-person mode that switched up some mechanics of the game. If they can merge that with proper VR support, then Rockstar could be onto something special that'd liven up the experience.
