GTA 6: 10 Vice City Characters Fans Would LOVE To See Again
3. Phil Cassidy
Gun slinging, rootin'n'tootin Phil Cassidy isn't the deepest or most prophetic of invididuals, but my word he's straight shooting and crazier than anything.
After GTA V's Trevor, Mr Cassidy seems like a few notches down on the wild scale, but having him return to prominence as a potential contact point for whoever takes the lead in the new title would be great.
Much like Emmett from San Andreas, Cassidy could be met along the journey early on, as an old, tired and raspy recluse who's got countless stories of days gone by. He could be used as someone who can get you your first batch of weapons and arms to begin your quest for power. This would be a nice call back too, given that Cassidy played a pivotal role in helping Vance in Vice City stories.
Phil Cassidy was hilarious and more importantly, was a ticking clock of unpredictability that could go bananas at any moment, and that's enough to keep players entertained, and on the edge of their seats.
