GTA 6: 7 Things You're Not Supposed To Know
Vice City and other playable cities? Hell yes.
With Red Dead Redemption 2 long since out of the way, you've got to believe that the vast majority of the focus in Rockstar has turned to development of Grand Theft Auto 6.
While Rockstar themselves are radio silent on the project and we know next-to-nothing about the game has been confirmed yet, the internet is packed full of leaks and apparent behind-the-scenes info that - if true - are really quite exciting.
If logic is to be believed, the game itself may be set in Vice City (Los Santos and Liberty City having already been in GTA V and GTA IV respectively), leaving Rockstar's other famous city as the sensible choice for the future instalment. But will it be the only city in the game, or could we potentially be seeing a few more too? Leaks seem to say that this could be the case.
There's so much other exciting news to pore over from a 70/80's inspired setting, to the prospect of building your own drug empire. There may even be a more substantial component to GTA Online than we've ever seen before too...
7. Mysterious Glassdoor Job Review Confirming Locations
In May of 2019, eagle-eyed fans hungry for new info on Grand Theft Auto 6 spotted a very mysterious post on the website Glassdoor.
If you're unfamiliar with Glassdoor, basically think of it as the TripAdvisor for jobs; employees of an organisation (usually after they've left) review their employer and said what went well and what didn't.
In this particular Glassdoor review, a person listing themselves as a 'Current Employee - QA Tester in Edinburgh, Scotland' for Rockstar Games posted quite the negative review of the company, citing bullies in the company, terrible crunch times and working ridiculous hours. They also posted a very strange advice to management section where the first letters of each line read as 'GTA 6 LS, VC, LC'.
There have been rumours in the past of GTA 6 having multiple cities in it. If you look into the post this employee made, it seems to be a cryptic reference to GTA 6 including Los Santos (LS), Vice City (VC) and Liberty City (LC).
Since its initial publication, this post has been deleted. Of course, take it with a massive grain of salt as it could technically be by anyone, but if it is by a former disgruntled employee, it's entirely possible that this cryptic tease could be true.
